Join SAR
While all members of Utah County Sheriff Search and Rescue are trained in core rescue skills like rope systems, basic emergency medicine, and tracking, not every member or prospective member will ever climb 5.12 rock, ski 70 degree slopes, or run for miles to clear trail.
When the team needs specialized skills, it relies on special teams. One of the best parts of serving on Utah County SAR is the chance to contribute in different ways while learning basic and advanced skills across multiple disciplines.
